So a girl has to do maintenance... I've had electrolysis before and I have responded well to it. I made the appointment an Silky Smooth. I like that they use technology to book your appointment. For one, having a website is very nice! Being able to book online is so convenient. Ashley (the owner) immediately followed-up via text. Asked questions about where I am interested in having the procedure, have I had the electrolysis before. I confirmed my appointment and it send me a reminder with the address! The suite is charming, feminine, and feels luxurious. Ashley is the perfect reflection of her company. She is efficient, professional, charming, engaging, and good at she does!!! She has all the latest equipment and she uses technology for better results! I really appreciated Ashley had on micro microscopic glasses and light to see where she is performing the work. For the hour I booked I was amazed how much hair she was able to capture and remove. I was not in pain and she was letting me know where she was working prior to moving to that area. For my first visit I was pleasantly surprised! And asked her would be apart of my maintenance. I HIGHLY suggest Silky Smooth are your electrolysis needs and permanent hair removal.

I have had a very bad experience with electrolysis at my old electrologist. I kept looking around and then I found Silky Smooth Skin Electrolysis and since then I am very happy and pleased with my experience with Ashley. She is very knowledgeable and only cares for the patients comfort. Her place is soo clean and very welcoming. I honestly wouldn't go to anywhere else just because the service I receive from Ashley is something that a lot of other electrologist are missing and I won't find it anywhere else. Most places don't care about how the patient feel or how to take care of their skin before and after treatment but Ashley genuinely cares about the customers and always make sure that their skin is fine.
